The interpreter candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic. We check their medical records. We check the security reference records, with the ministry of defence and ministry of interior. We arrange residence or visa permit, and we provide the visa according to Kuwaiti law. We provided the transportation from the city to the airport & from the airport to the city. We arrange the stamping for the passport from the immigration for entering and exit. As per rules and regulation, if the interpreter candidates are killed by accident in Iraq, we will inform the families, The Dead body will bring back to Kuwaiti hospital & they make report and issue the Death Certificates. We will have to make a records. If the candidate are terminated the company has assist the replacement. We will arrange the Insurance by the company, (personal Accident Insurance passive war and terrorism), if it is required.
