Operational Services Transition Period: During the lead time given to us, we survey the site and draft the site instructions for the approval of the client. These instructions contain the general and specific instructions for all the posts and site emergencies. Simultaneously the process of recruitment and selection of personnel is initiated. We carefully screen the guards as regards to their character, education, health, experience and suitability for the assignment. Guard Mounting: During the first week of the assignment, sufficient numbers of trainers are made available to oversee the function of the guards. Performance is reviewed daily and the mistakes are rectified. External Supervision: Every site is checked on daily basis, both at night as well as day by mobile sector / field staff. Client Interaction Meetings: Our operation Manager visits the site once in a fortnight to discuss mutual problems. Additionally, he is available for meetings or emergencies whenever there is a requirement. Trainers: We have inducted young retired ex-servicemen to conduct training of our security personnel Field Officers Trained field officers, managers shall be available for professional manpower recruitment and security control.
CONVOY SECURITY
We have experienced, trained security personnel with arms license to cater to smooth convoy operations between IRAQ to Kuwait and vice versa. We have successfully carried such operations in the past. We have trainers and consultants who have trained security personnel in army camps in Iraq as seen below.

TYPES OF TRAINING
ASSIGNMENT TRAINING: Assignment training is imparted on job, so that the staff can carry out duties in accordance with the instructions with close supervision. At this stage the personnel shall be qualified as unskilled guards or watchman.
REFRESHER TRAINING: After six months of service, the guards undergo a refresher course to remedy their mistakes, if any and revise important issues like fire safety and dealing with emergencies. If the guard does not improve a fresh replacement would be made. At this stage the personnel shall be qualified as skilled SECURITY GUARDS.
TRAINING OF SUPERVISORS: Besides the basic induction training, supervisor staff has to qualify in a short course of “Functions of Supervisor”. This is one full time course covering the following aspects among others.

PERSONNEL
We recruit personnel from discipline organization, obviously the men of high caliber, often quite exceptional people adaptable and alert. Our guards are competent undercover /informers if and when necessary. This is necessary to prevent any labor unrest in a large organization.

DISCIPLINE

No matter how complex or simple the security plan is, assurance has to rely on the primary assets. The RTS staff is strictly instructed to observe discipline. They are instructed, to not accept any gratification or hospitality from anybody where ever they maybe are posted. Keeping this in view we shuffle the personnel as and when necessary in order to smarten and prevent them from getting routinised. We expect that our clients to support us as to ensure proper remuneration to our personnel so that competency in maintaining correct profiles, and minimize all kinds of pilferage, thefts etc .

EMOLUMENTS

WAGES AND EMOLUMENTS: All salaries and allied fringe benefits shall be paid by us to our staff. This includes statutory obligations such as rent, uniform, washing allowance etc. It is to be noted that minimum wages shall be applicable and should be adhered to, in order to safeguard the interest of the Principal Employer who is usually the contracted.
